Hey Guys! Today I made my almost weekly trip to Publix to snag up a few deals. I just wanted to show you what I got and how much I saved. JP and I are still working on stockpiling things so I have definitely been stocking up!
Mott's Juice. We got Wild Grape Surge and Mixed Berry. These were BOGO, so I got two for $2.87 (so one was $1.44 and the other was $1.43)
Next were Goldfish. Matthew loves these things and I let him pick out his own flavors. He went with Xtra Cheddar and Parmesan. These were also BOGO, paid $1.24 for one and $1.25 for the other.
This was an item we just ran out of. Boo it fruit snacks with is lunches usually, so I picked him up some Avengers fruit snacks for $2.00 (kind of ridiculous price wise!!)
The other item we had to have was bananas. I picked up these 5 for $1.07.
Another BOGO item that I went in for was the Ragu Pasta Sauce. I have been waiting on a good sale for pasta sauce. I picked up for in: Creamy Tomato, Meat, Creamy Mozzarella and Light Parmesan Alfredo. These were 2 for $2.19. So I got them all for $4.18.
This chicken broth caught my eye when I walked into the store. It was also BOGO so I paid $1.34 each.
I try to keep stocked up on frozen vegetables because they are just as good as fresh except they don't go bad as quickly. I had a coupon for $0.50 off of the Chef's Favorites (which doubled to $1.00 off) and a $1.00 off of the Recipe Ready (I get both of these from the news paper recently). I picked up the Chef's Favorite Southwestern Corn and the Recipe Ready peppers and onions. I paid $1.30 each before coupons.
I picked up these Martha White muffin mixes because there was a coupon in a Publix flyer for buy 2 get 1 free. I love muffin mixes especially for quick breakfast or for dessert with fruit. These were $0.99 a piece and then I got the third one free.
I also picked up two packs of the Chocolate Chip Nestle Toll House Cookie Dough. These were on sale BOGO as well, making them $1.75 a piece. I also had $0.75 coupons for each one.
Overall I had $1.49 in store coupons, $3.00 in vendor coupons and $19.43 in sale prices. I paid $21.97 and saved a total of $23.92. That is over half of my total! I was so excited when I saw those numbers.
Have you picked up any good deals lately? Let me know in the comments below!!
